Assistant Manager - Now Hiring
Our busy downtown Traverse City boutique needs an assistant manager! Previous sales and management experience is required. A passion for sustainable fashion is a must. As the assistant manager, you would do everything a sales associate does (see below) and more. In addition to sales, you would be hands on in online marketing, inventory & supply management, order fulfillment and customer experience, and/or website development. This position would be for approximately 4 days per week. Starting wage is $15 plus some benefits, including PTO and sick days.
Sales Associate - Accepting Applications
We are accepting sales associate applications on a rolling basis. In the store, you will assist visitors in finding and purchasing clothing they will love to wear. The most important part of the job is playing dress-up! You will also be responsible for caretaking for the store space while on shift.
Studio Team - Accepting Application
We are accepting applications on a rolling basis for amazing sewers to join our seam team. This position requires previous sewing experience. While home machine and hobby sewing skills will be considered, we are really looking for someone who has professional apparel production experience. The right candidate will already be comfortable threading and using industrial sewing machines.
In the studio, your most important job will be to quickly and accurately assemble small batches of clothing that has been designed and cut by Yana Dee herself. Working alongside the designer, you will witness and weigh in on the design process. This is a unique opportunity to dive deep into professional sustainable fashion design and production.
