Now Hiring - Downtown Shopkeep

Are you passionate about sustainable fashion? Yana Dee is hiring a new team member! Be part of a small dynamic crew that produces, markets, and sells ethically made clothing in Traverse City, MI. We are seeking a part time, long term employee.

Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to work as a sales associate and shopkeep at our boutique in downtown Traverse City, MI. Additional responsibilities include merchandising, customer service, inventory management, cleaning, and other related tasks.

Requirements

This position requires sales and/or customer service experience, a can-do attitude, the ability to learn new skills, and a proactive, productive approach to projects. The right candidate will also share our values of sustainability, community, & body positivity.

Schedule

This part time position requires at least two 10am-6pm workdays per week.  Some weekend availability is highly desired. Additional hours may be available in our sewing studio.

Compensation 

Competitive hourly starting rate is dependent on experience and availability. Additional benefits include Paid Time Off, employee discount, and growth and bonus potential.
