Neapolitan Hat

One size fits most small to medium adult heads.

Color

This hat has zig zag stripes of four distinct colors. The colors are Natural/Cream, Sand/Sepia, Light Minty Green, and Dark Forest Green. 

Fabric

Sometimes you don't know what you are looking for until you find it, which is exactly what happened when Yana saw this eye-catching fabric. In her decades of fabric hunting, she's never come across a material quite like this before! We affectionately call it "sewchet" because while it looks a bit like crotchet, it's actually made from yarn which is sewn together. The result is a unique, airy, lightweight fabric. The exact fiber content of this deadstock fabric is undetermined, although it certainly contains a significant portion of cotton.

How it's made

These hats were constructed in Traverse City, Michigan USA from sustainably sourced materials. Yana and her team carefully constructed every item in our fair wage, zero-waste production studio. Designs feature natural fabrics that were thoughtfully selected by the designer.
