If you live or travel "up north" in the winter, this skirt is a must have! This sweatshirt skirt will keep you warm and cozy, even in cold weather. And of course, it has pockets! This is the heaviest skirt we make. If you are wondering if we have a warmer skirt somewhere else on our website... no, no we do not.
This skirt has a classic A-line shape and cinches at the waist for a personalized and secure fit. We're trying to give you the best chance at a flattering silhouette, even while feeling like you are wearing a sleeping bag.

Size
This skirt is made in 3 versatile sizes. Since the waist is adjustable, only your hip measurement is needed to size this skirt. We don't recommend sizing up on this skirt, since it can get quite bulky when it's too big.
- S recommended for ~36-40" hips
- M recommended for ~40-45" hips
- L recommended for ~45-52" hips
Color
This skirt is a nice solid Navy color.
Fabric
This skirt is made from 100% Organic Cotton French Terry. This Navy French Terry is one of the very thickest, warmest fabrics we work with. It is so plush and warm, it is easy to mistake it for fleece (the difference is, French Terry has visible yarn loops on the inside, whereas fleece is brushed to a fuzzy texture). But I digress.
This is an winter weight fabric that will help keep you very warm and cozy in cold weather. It has surprisingly good drape and movement for how dense it is. Being all natural cotton, it is breathable, so it won't get sticky and sweaty. It is not, however, windproof or waterproof.
How it's made
This skirt is made in Traverse City Michigan USA from sustainably sourced materials. Yana and her team carefully construct every item in our fair wage, low-waste production studio.
