Monarch Patchwork Headband

This beautiful patchwork headband is inspired by one of our favorite bugs! This unique, original headband came together through a collaborative effort of our small family business. Abby had the idea for a monarch colorway, Yana approved and selected the fabric, and our mom Viki patchworked all the scrap pieces together. 

This comfortable headband is an easy accessory to keep your hair back and pull your outfit together. This versatile headband can tie in the front, back, or side. This design was created to minimize waste! We used our own studio off-cuts to make this accessory.

Size

This is a one-size-fits all headband. It measures ~24" long by ~2.5" wide. You can tie it to adjust the size, for a perfect fit for anyone, from babies to adults.

Color

This headband is Black & Orange with some White Dots. Just like a monarch butterfly!

Fabric

This small limited edition batch of patchwork headband features hand woven cotton from Thailand, alongside custom printed 100% Organic Cotton Sateen Black with White Polka-dot that we designed ourselves (the Dee Dot!). There are lots of other fabrics and fibers in here too. All materials are soft, lightweight, and breathable. Fibers may include Organic Cotton, Salvaged Cotton, Lyocell, Bamboo, Soy, Rayon, and Spandex.

How It's Made

This headband was made in Traverse City Michigan, USA. Yana and her team carefully construct every item in our fair wage, low waste production studio.
