You can spread the straps wide for full coverage over your shoulders, or wrap them around your bust only to make a sleeveless dress. You can also go over one shoulder, work it into a halter, and twist and turn the straps however you see fit. The real highlight of this dress, though, is the beautiful red silk skirt.
