This cozy little black cape is great for Halloween dress up! The black velvet sheen is giving "Bat". This piece is also appropriate for vampires, Adams' and Darths. Featuring generous, full coverage, this outer layer doesn't just contribute goth style; it adds a practical layer of warmth, too. We decided to make this design without a hood, to make it easy to wear and layer.

Size

This capelet is made for kids and small adults. It would be a full length cloak on a 2-3 year old, a mid length layer on an older kid, and lands near the waist on grown-ups. The neck opening is ~15", so just make sure that's not too small for you, before you order.

Color

This Black color is true and dark; the velvety sheen refracts light to add interesting depth.

Fabric

This capelet is a luscious, cozy velvet fabric. We selected this deadstock material for it's stunning sheen and saturation. The exact fiber content of this Rayon/Viscose blend is unknown.

This capelet was made in Traverse City, Michigan USA from sustainably sourced materials. Yana and her team carefully construct every item in our fair wage, low-waste production studio.
