This fantastic little cape makes dressing up fun and easy! The velvety sheen of this fabric feels a bit royal, and the color is berry nice! This versatile piece works great for superheroes, princesses, and regular 'ole folks of all ages. Featuring generous, full coverage, this outer layer doesn't just look good; it adds a practical layer of warmth, too. We decided to make this design without a hood, to make it easy to wear and layer.

Size

This capelet is made for kids and adults. It would be a full length cloak on a 3-4 year old, a mid length layer on an older kid, and lands near the waist or hips on adults. The neck opening is ~19", so just make sure that's not too small for you, before you order.

Color

This Berry color is a slightly muted pinkish purple. It seems to appear lighter, darker, warmer, or cooler depending on the light reflecting off the velvety sheen.

Fabric

This capelet is a luscious, cozy velvet fabric. We fell in love with this deadstock material for it's beautiful color and sheen. The exact fiber content of this Cotton/Rayon blend is unknown.

This capelet was made in Traverse City, Michigan USA from sustainably sourced materials. Yana and her team carefully construct every item in our fair wage, low-waste production studio.
