This sweet and special sky blue silk dress is sold "as is" because there is a minor flaw in the silk fabric on the back of the dress. It's so small, you might not have noticed if I hadn't told you. It just so happens that this flaw is directly underneath where the waistbands tie, so you won't see it at all when the dress is on.
